About Me

Hello! I am a teacher and doctoral candidate in educational technology at Boise State University. I am currently teaching a variety of subjects including coding, app creation, and mathematics to students ages 6-13. As a part of my program at Boise State, I am currently researching virtual manipulatives in mathematics instruction. I have prior experience teaching grades 1 and 6 multiple subjects and have specialized in incorporating technology in the classroom. I complete my Masters in Education at UCSD in 2016 and my Bachelor's Degree in Human Development in 2015.

I find joy in helping teachers learn to use educational technology in exciting new ways to optimize their students learning and classroom experience. I have experience leading professional development, training, and presenting at conferences. I live in Omaha, Nebraska with my husband Andrew and our son Ben.
